Marketing Coordinator

Cheltenham, Melbourne VIC

Calling all creative, curious, and clever marketing humans - we want you!

We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Sales & Marketing team - someone with initiative, a strong desire to learn, and ideally a good one-liner or two up their sleeve. Whether you're a marketing grad ready to kick-start your career, or you've got a few years' experience and want to grow, this role has your name on it.

The Role

A little bit of everything, in the best way:

  • Creating content - social media, EDMs, presentations, internal and external comms
  • Running campaigns, tracking timelines, reporting on what worked (and what didn't)
  • Briefing and collaborating with creative agencies
  • Arming the sales team with the content they need to hit their targets
  • Supporting events, trade shows, and meetings from planning through to execution

About You

  • A genuinely good sense of humour (non-negotiable - we mean it!)
  • A Marketing, Management, or Business-related degree - or equivalent industry experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A knack for copywriting and an eye for detail
  • Comfortable creating and tweaking graphics and presentations (Canva, Illustrator, or similar a bonus)

Business Development Manager - QLD

Brisbane, QLD (Hybrid)

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Next Payments team!

We are looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic and proven performer, who has established relationships within the QLD Hospitality and Gaming Industry (RSLs, Hotels, Casinos, Clubs etc.) to assist with our ever-growing client base and product rollouts.

The Role

  • Reporting to the Sales Manager, QLD, you are responsible for creating new business.
  • Opportunity for sales in QLD are abundant – meeting sales targets will be critical.
  • Use existing relationships to book meetings.
  • Attend industry networking events and functions.
  • Make use of CRM software to track sales and maintain a diary of appointments.
  • Travel interstate (Northern NSW) as required to attend sites and gain sales.
  • Manage ongoing customer relations after closing sales.

About You

  • Ability to work autonomously to generate leads and convert sales effectively.
  • A confident salesperson, with strong networking and communication skills is essential for this role.
  • Highly developed organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and products whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Currently hold (or ability to obtain and maintain) a gaming licence.
  • Must have experience and existing relationships within the gaming sector.

Field Technician - VIC

Cheltenham, Melbourne VIC

The Role

This role will provide you with invaluable experience and opportunity for growth all whilst working in a passionate, safe, and friendly workplace culture.

You will apply your acquired technical skills and experience to perform the following principal duties:

  • Installation, relocation, repair, and preventative maintenance of ATM/Cash Recycler/Coin Recycler/Cash Express/Cash Redemption Terminal/EFTPOS.
  • Participate in an alternating on-call roster shared amongst field technician team, including afterhours break/fix response, covering our service hours of 0800 - 2200, 7 days a week.
  • Ability to work independently at customer sites.
  • Attend and resolve assigned service requests in a timely manner.
  • Complete accurate and detailed service report (update, closing notes and parts used).
  • Cooperate and liaise with technical team and share information across the organisation.

About You

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Field Technician.
  • Experience in the ATM, Gaming/EFTPOS industry would be highly regarded.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Friendly team player.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
