SaaS Support Specialist

Cheltenham, Melbourne VIC

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and customer focused SaaS Support Specialist to join our supportive and innovative Application Support team, based in our Cheltenham office.

We are looking for a motivated and technically minded individual with strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. This role would suit someone with experience in payments, card acquiring, POS terminals or SaaS product support who enjoys working collaboratively across teams, supporting customers and improving the overall customer experience.

The Role

The SaaS Support Specialist is responsible for providing third-level support and guidance for Next Payments' digital products and terminals, ensuring our customers receive a high level of service and support.

You will apply your previous experience to perform the following principal duties:

  • Provide Level 3 escalated support and guidance to Level 1 & 2 Technical Support teams and customers on the use of Next Digital products.
  • Analyse customer data and support trends to identify pain points, improvement opportunities and areas for product or process enhancement.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, suppliers, internal departments, Technical Support, Product Managers and Development teams to improve the customer experience.
  • Support the ongoing maintenance and improvement of Next Digital products.
  • Act as an escalation point for third-party hardware and software issues relating to Next Digital products.

About You

  • Previous experience within the payments and card acquiring domain, and with point-of-sale terminals, EFTPOS terminal management, eCommerce solutions or payment products would be an advantage.
  • Experience working with POS vendors or payment product providers would be highly regarded.
  • Strong customer service focus and the ability to build trust with customers and stakeholders.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Next Payments team!

We are looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic and proven performer, who has established relationships within the QLD Hospitality and Gaming Industry (RSLs, Hotels, Casinos, Clubs etc.) to assist with our ever-growing client base and product rollouts.

The Role

  • Reporting to the Sales Manager, QLD, you are responsible for creating new business.
  • Opportunity for sales in QLD are abundant – meeting sales targets will be critical.
  • Use existing relationships to book meetings.
  • Attend industry networking events and functions.
  • Make use of CRM software to track sales and maintain a diary of appointments.
  • Travel interstate (Northern NSW) as required to attend sites and gain sales.
  • Manage ongoing customer relations after closing sales.

About You

  • Ability to work autonomously to generate leads and convert sales effectively.
  • A confident salesperson, with strong networking and communication skills is essential for this role.
  • Highly developed organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and products whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Currently hold (or ability to obtain and maintain) a gaming licence.
  • Must have experience and existing relationships within the gaming sector.

The Role

The Deployment Coordinator is responsible for arranging and coordinating installations of Next Payments’ devices, providing high quality service for Next Payments customers.

Reporting directly to the Deployments Team Leader you will be working alongside the rest of our operational team in our facilities in Cheltenham, Victoria.

  • Arranging the Installation/Removal/Relocation of devices.
  • Liaising and coordinating with internal/external third-party to manage deployment requests in timely manner.
  • Progress active requests ensuring service delivery within agreed timeframe, updating requests with relevant information.
  • Provide consistent and accurate information when responding to internal/external queries.
  • Provide proactive and efficient service to all customers, accommodating customer’s requirements.
  • Participate as a constructive team member, through knowledge sharing and team discussions.

About You

  • Previous office/administration/customer service experience would be an advantage.
  • Able to work well both within a team environment and autonomously.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of organisational, coordination and prioritisation skills.
  • Strong ability to transfer information, skills, and knowledge to other staff members.
