Compliance Administration Officer
Cheltenham, Melbourne VIC
The Role
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this is a hands-on operational role responsible for transaction monitoring, sanctions alert management, regulatory and partner reporting (including bailment obligations), and ongoing compliance activities.
The role performs compliance checks, analyses alerts, maintains accurate records, and escalates issues where required.
About You
- Experience in compliance, risk operations, financial crime, AML/CTF, payments, or similar financial services environments (preferred, not essential).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret transaction data and identify unusual patterns or red flags.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, recordkeeping and reporting.
- Comfortable applying structured procedures, contractual obligations (e.g. bailment terms) and regulatory guidance in day-to-day tasks.
- Strong written communication skills for preparing summaries, investigative notes and partner/regulatory report inputs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to quickly learn internal systems (e.g. Salesforce, monitoring and screening tools).
Field Technician - SA
Thebarton, Adelaide, SA
The Role
This role will provide you with invaluable experience and opportunity for growth all whilst working in a passionate, safe, and friendly workplace culture.
You will apply your acquired technical skills and experience to perform the following principal duties:
- Installation, relocation, repair, and preventative maintenance of ATM/Cash Recycler/Coin recycler/Cash Express/Cash Redemption Terminal/EFTPOS.
- Respond to service calls during business hours and, from time to time, be available to be on call for after hours service when required.
- Ability to work independently at customer sites.
- Attend and resolve assigned service requests in a timely manner.
- Complete accurate and detailed service report (update, closing notes and parts used).
- Cooperate and liaise with technical team and share information across the organisation.
About You
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Field Technician.
- Experience in the ATM, Gaming/EFTPOS industry would be highly regarded.
- Strong communication skills

- Intermediate computer skills
- Technical aptitude
- Willingness to obtain 'Gaming machine technician licence' and 'Casino special employee licence' with fees covered by the company.
