Warehouse Officer
Cheltenham, Melbourne VIC
The Role
Your primary responsibility, particularly within the initial months in this role will involve routine refurbishing of Next Payments’ ATMs. Additional tasks will involve assisting with day-to-day activities, supporting both external and internal stakeholders including:
- Staging of all types of devices in a timely manner and according to processes and procedures.
- Arranging dispatch, producing connotes and labels.
- Accurately recording all details.
- Checking all purchase orders of parts delivered to the warehouse and correctly enter into Salesforce, with serial numbers if applicable.
- Checking pipeline of all outward cases and jobs at regular intervals.
- Maintaining the warehouse in line with company OHS guidelines.
About You
- Good eye for detail.
- Interest in electronics/mechanics or similar.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Logical thinker (we can teach you the technical stuff!).

Customer Support Liaison Officer | 6 Month Contract
Cheltenham, Melbourne VIC
The Role
This is a 6-month fixed-term opportunity, offering full-time hours to a people-oriented individual with a passion for customer service!
This role would suit someone with a customer first mindset who thrives in a fun and supportive team environment.
You will apply your previous customer service experience to perform the following principal duties:
- Cooperate and liaise with technical team and share information across the organisation.
- Perform quality service at first point of contact.
- Handling all inbound and outbound calls from ATM/Cash Recycler/Cash Express/Cash Redemption Terminal customers, and cardholders.
- Liaising and coordinating with external third-party service providers to resolve issues.
- Provide technical assistance and support to resolve ATM/Cash Recycler/Cash Express/Cash Redemption Terminal faults and issues until resolved
About You
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Friendly team player
- Logical thinker (we can teach you the technical stuff)
- Intermediate computer skills
- Technical aptitude
- Previous experience with call management systems and monitoring systems

Field Technician - QLD
Meadowbrook, Brisbane QLD
The Role
This role will provide you with invaluable experience and opportunity for growth all whilst working in a passionate, safe, and friendly workplace culture.
You will apply your acquired technical skills and experience to perform the following principal duties:
- Help with the overflow of deployment work which mainly includes installation and relocation of ATMs and CRTs.
- Installation, relocation, repair, and preventative maintenance of ATM/Cash Recycler/Coin Recycler/Cash Express/Cash Redemption Terminal/EFTPOS.
- Participate in an alternating on-call roster shared amongst field technician team, including afterhours break/fix response, covering our service hours of 0800 - 2200, 7 days a week.
- Ability to work independently at customer sites.
- Attend and resolve assigned service requests in a timely manner.
- Complete accurate and detailed service report (update, closing notes and parts used).
- Cooperate and liaise with technical team and share information across the organisation.
About You
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Field Technician.
- Experience in the ATM, Gaming/EFTPOS industry would be highly regarded.
- Strong communication skills.
- Friendly team player.
- Must have manual driver’s license, with clean driving record
- Intermediate computer skills.
