Clark also shared that once staff were familiar with the CRT’s processes, clearances and other start of day procedures were significantly simplified.
The Inverloch Esplanade Hotel uses their Mini CashIO to swiftly and accurately pay out any winnings and tickets to patrons on the gaming floor. The venue has been pleased to find the ability for customers to break large notes with the CRT to be an extremely valuable feature as it has allowed staff more time to look after the other needs of their customers. Additionally, the safe within the unit has enabled the Hotel to store much more cash on site for busier days without any of the risks that can be associated with these amounts of cash being stored in drawers or unsecured safes around the venue.
Beyond the increase in safety and time saved handling winnings and cash, the Inverloch Esplanade Hotel has found that Next Payments customer service levels have exceeded their expectations.
