The Challenge: Outdated Technology and Inconsistent Results

Before switching over to Next Payments, Wangaratta RSL was operating with an older CRT from another provider, that struggled to meet the demands of the venue.

The unit’s future-ready capabilities - including an in-built barcode scanner and NFC reader - ensured the venue would be well positioned to support digital wallet and app-based redemptions as they become more widely adopted.
