Technical Repair and Support Specialist - New Zealand (Wellington)

The Role
You will apply your previous experience to perform the following principal duties:
- Diagnosing faults and performing repairs on Hyosung ATM modules, including Hyosung cash/coin recyclers and cash redemption terminals.
- Complete repairs, testing, and configuration within the required timeframes.
- Update/check software on specific modules prior to shelving or dispatch.
- Create and complete service reports events in Salesforce.
- Escalate unrepaired modules to internal teams or external third party vendors.
- Escalate trends in faults related to defects or user errors.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of operational procedures.
- Provide technical assistance and support to resolve Hyosung hardware and software issues.
About You
- Certificate III or IV in Electronics and Communication, or engineering.
- Experienced with Hyosung products with strong understanding of circuit boards, and diagnostic tools. (desirable)
- Experience with soldering, fault finding, and repairs.
- Familiarity with Hyosung documentation, and mustimeters. (desirable)
- Ability to read and interpret Hyosung products technical schematics. (desirable)
