Contracts Administrator

Cheltenham, Melbourne, VIC

The Role

This role will involve the commercial review and processing of sales contracts, which includes the following responsibilities:

  • Reviewing commercial contracts to ensure the information is complete and captured correctly.
  • Ensure the contract details are accurately reflected in the CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Liaising with sales representatives to ensure any discrepancies or incomplete details are addressed and rectified.
  • Proactively follow up any discrepancies with sales representatives in a timely manner.
  • Escalating urgent matters to your reporting manager or CFO.

About You

  • VCE/HSC or equivalent.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business or Commerce highly desirable.
  • Past general administration, bookkeeping experience requiring great attention to detail (minimum 2 years).
  • Intermediate accounting knowledge and Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully as part of a team and autonomously.
  • High level verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Field Technician

North Rocks, Sydney, NSW

The Role

This role will provide you with invaluable experience and opportunity for growth all whilst working in a passionate, safe, and friendly workplace culture.

You will apply your acquired technical skills and experience to perform the following principal duties:

  • Installation, relocation, repair, and preventative maintenance of ATM/Cash Recycler/Coin recycler/Cash Express/Cash Redemption Terminal/EFTPOS.
  • Participate in an alternating on-call roster shared amongst field technician team, including afterhours break/fix response,
  • Complete accurate and detailed service report (update, closing notes and parts used).
  • Cooperate and liaise with technical team and share information across the organisation.
  • Maintain company supplied assets (vehicle, tools, computer etc) in a clean and tidy manner and schedule servicing of assets as per manufacturer’s recommendations.
  • Maintain suitable stock levels in vehicle to ensure part availability when attending service calls.

About You

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Field Technician.
  • Experience in the ATM, Gaming/EFTPOS industry would be highly regarded.
