Next Payments Fuel Subsidy Initiative

As global fuel prices continue to rise, our communities are beginning to feel the impact, particularly in regional, rural, and remote areas.

Elevated fuel prices continue to make travel a costly expense, particularly for businesses that rely heavily on transportation to operate. These costs escalate further when servicing rural and regional areas, where long distances can make travel difficult to justify.

For a company such as Next Payments, where we are dedicated to servicing communities all across Australia, these rising costs are also felt within our own operations. However, we believe everyone deserves reliable access to cash and recognise the important role it continues to play in supporting local communities.

Therefore, Next Payments has decided to introduce a fuel subsidy for our contractors over the next two months, at least, to ensure the continued servicing of our products all across the country, no matter how remote the location.

For communities where the only access to cash may be through a Next Payments ATM at the local petrol station, convenience store, club, or pub, this subsidy will ensure that residents and local businesses can continue to access and use cash.

At Next Payments, we remain committed to supporting not only our contractors, but also the communities we serve, keeping cash flowing and communities cared for.
